Police Union, signs a cooperation agreement with Kosovo Police Union.

Having in mind the need for drafting the Collective Contract between KPU and MoI aiming to take the best practices, the Stirring Council of Kosovo Police Union in its meeting on 23.04.2012, took an unanimous decision that from 24.05.-27.05.2012, to organise a working Seminar in cooperation with Albanian Police Union in Durres. On this occasion the leaders of two Unions agreed on signing a cooperation agreement between the two Unions. This agreement was realised on 03.08.2012 in Prishtina where  Valbona Kamberi, the chairman of Kosovo Police Union and Sadetin Fishta, chairman of Albanian Police Union signed this cooperation agreement.

 

 

Agreement

In the joint meeting of the Stirring Councils of the two Unions hold on 25-26.05.2012 in Durres was agreed and signed the cooperation agreement between two Unions as follows:

 

 

1. Sides agreed to assist each other to the reciprocal development of collaboration and to take part in union joint activities defending the interests of their membership.

2. Making the functioning of this collaboration more effective the sides agreed to organise joint meetings of their Stirring Councils according to the needs of Executive Chairmanships of the two Unions.

3. Sides agreed to collaborate defending the socio economic interests of their members on questions of employment, public welfare as well as exchanging experience and sharing the present sanatorium  – resort bases, rest homes and sporting buildings.

4. Sides intend to regularly exchange the information about activities on mutual interest as well as experts on different union topics.

5. Sides are obliged to support a collaboration by means of organizing regular meetings, a subject, terms and place of which preliminary agreed.

6. Sides agreed on mutual solidarity in any union activity.

7. Agreement comes to power from the date of signing.

8 This agreement is signed by the two leaders on behalf of the two Unions.

9. This agreement is prepared on 4 copies, two per each side.
