Complain for the removal of free transportation of the police employees of Rinasi police commissariat addressed to Mr. Hysni Burgaj

Mr. General Director!

We as a police Union have received some complains from police employees of Rinasi police commissariat in relation with the interruption of free transport for the employees of this institution since December 2011 up to now.

This unilateral measure is against the Collective Labour Contract nr. 1966 and nr.15/1, dt. 03.04.2009 and with article 10 of this Contract.

This situation has provided a lot difficulties for the employees of this institution but on the other hand it has its negative impact to the quality of their job (late presentation at work).

We are asking you to take the needed measures for normalizing this situation
