Sindikata e Punonjesve te Policis se Shtetit sic dihet, eshte pjes me te drejta te plota e Bashkimit te Sindikatave Policore Europjane.Kongresi u informua nga ne per pengesat dhe vështirësitë qe i krijohen kësaj organizate per te përcjell zerin dhe vullnetin e punonjesve, anetare te saje ne te gjitha strukturat drejtuese te
policis e te shtetit duke penguar subjektivisht pjesmarrjen e saj ne vendimmarrje per mbrojtjen e te drejtave te punonjesve.Gjithashtu kongresi mbeshtet aktivitetin dhe veprimtarine e sindikatës sone ne përpjekjet per te mbrojtur te drejtat legjitime te pununjesve te policise te sanksionuara ne karten Sociale Europjane e ne Kushtetute.

Ne baze te nenet 83 te ligjit 108/ 2014 ‘Per Policin e Shtetit i ndryshuar, shum shpejt midis Drejtorit te Pergjithshem te Policis se Shtetit dhe Sindikatës se Punonjesve te Policis do te nënshkruhet “Kontrata Kolektive e Punës” ku përfshihen te gjitha aktet ligjore e n/ligjore ne fuqi, qe rregullojnë mardhenjet e Sindikatës e te punonjesve te policis me Drejtorin e Pergjithshem si punëdhënës.Kontrata e re Kolektive do te konsolidojë pozitat e punonjesve te policis si punemarres ne te gjitha te drejtat e përfitimet qe u jep legjislacioni ne fuqi.
